Well i have a 2 year old audi s3 and have had all the rattles and creaks imaginable from my panoramic roof. We have been a loyal customer of ford for many years. Upon searching there are numerous topics around f 150 vista sunroof rattles. I told this to my dealership and they stated there was a tsb for this but they never heard any one complain of it before.

Cant wait to give this truck back. I guess the issue is with the headboard and the roof of the cab. The rattle is not present with the sunroof open or in the vent position. 65 000 for a this.

Posted by 2 years ago. Some 2015 2016 f 150 vehicles may exhibit a rattle and or squeak noise from the vista roof opening panel while the panel is closed and the vehicle is being driven. Cant wait to give this truck back. I have a rattle in my cabin from the back when i go over bumps.

Doing my research i did read of a few people having issues with the panoramic roof but figured i would be ok. Some point to greasing the rubber seals around glass done that. Been back at the dealership 5 times and they have even replaced the frame with no solution. Others point to metal clips that hold up the rear fixed panel.
