Fallout 4 Settlers On Roof Fix

In sanctuary my settlers randomly appear on the roofs there are no stairs or anything they just appear on top of the roofs with no way up there and they dont move i think i found like 3 settlers and 2 companions on a single roof one time is this happening to anyone else.

Another trick you can use is setting tcl in the console opened by pressing the key. Well for some people its next to 1 to the left but for me its the key. Not getting any more settlers at sanctuary. This mod allows you to repair sanctuary s houses using the workshop interface restoring their roof and outer walls and cleaning the interior. Fallout ini under the general header busecombinedobjects 0 thanks to jackal187gaming for the fix this ini edit will cause a performance hit when traveling to high population or object dense areas like central boston. I was spammed with new settlers this game so i was constantly gettign hit with those new settlers arriving with 50 being averaged in and dropping 2 points off the current happiness.

You need either scrap everything or the ini edit to get this mod to work.
